To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnterTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the issue arose.
