I'm not getting tool access — what should I do?
First, check your spam folder for the activation email. If not there, email us with your order ID and we'll resend access credentials within an hour during business time.
Can I request a tool that's not on your platform?
Absolutely! We add new tools based on community demand. Send us your request and if there's enough interest, we'll work on adding it.
Do you offer phone support?
Currently we operate via email only. This lets us maintain detailed records of every issue and ensures faster resolution. Most tickets are resolved in a single email exchange.
